Most of our items are in stock and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of purchase. However, special items may require 7 to 14 days for delivery. If an item is not in stock because of a manufacturer outage, we will ship your order as soon as possible. In the rare situation that there may be a problem with the shipping date, we will email or call you. That's right, we may even call you, because you and your pets are that important to us.
