The map below shows approximate delivery time for UPS ground shipments. Orders are ground shipped and will ship within three business days of the date placed (if the products are in stock), please add this to your estimated delivery time from the map below. Delivery time is for Ground UPS service and is based on business days and does not include the day your order was shipped or weekends. UPS does not deliver packages on weekends. OnLine SuperStore, LLP does not guarantee UPS deliveries. You must contact UPS for delivery information once your package leaves our warehouse and has the tracking number assigned.

We DON'T Know your countries tax system. Upon import you could be required to pay a VAT.  You will have to pay your countries value added tax if due

Shipping Cost:

OnLine SuperStore provides FREE Ground Shipping for all orders over $50.00 shipped inside the Continual USA only. Orders that total under $50.00 ground Shipping & Handling charges are a flat rate of $9.99 in the Continual USA only. If items are very small or less than $50.00 in value they could ship via USPS. For all larger items we ship via UPS or FedEx and provide tracking information to your e-mail address. Any items shipped to AK or HI will have those S+H fee's added to the invoice total after you approve the charges. Nothing will be air shipped without your approval. If any item is returned that OnLine SuperStore, LLP provided Free Shipping, The shipping and handling charges will be deducted from the credit due on your returned items. If you refuse, or do not accept a shipment, any cost required to return the package to OnLine SuperStore, LLP will be at your expense along with the standard restocking fee. For Canada Sales: Any item(s) shipped outside the continual USA, or by air service will have the shipping charge added to the total of your invoice after the approval of the sale. Canadian duty and Taxes are not included in the purchase or shipping charges quoted. The purchaser will be responsible for these fees.

Missing or Stolen Packages: If UPS delivered a package to your home or business and you do not have it, please call your local UPS office. They will ask the driver to locate the package. If UPS can’t find the package, call your local law enforcement and file a Police Report for the stolen products. Then fax your Police Report to OnLine SuperStore, LLP at 407-349-2523. We will then file a missing package claim with UPS. Once UPS completes the claim (in under 10 days) we will re-ship your order. Please be sure to check with your friends and neighbors to see if they accepted or picked up your package before filing the police report. It is a crime to file a false Police Report and the Police tend to enforce that law to the letter.
