Limited Lifetime Warranty from Innotek®
Every Innotek product purchase comes with a limited lifetime warranty.
This limited lifetime warranty is unconditional for the first one-year
period from the date of original consumer purchase. After 30 days
and during the first one-year warranty period Innotek will repair
or replace defective part(s) for a $15 processing fee. Following
the first year Innotek products will be repaired or replaced for
a nominal service fee to be less than the cost of a new unit or
faulty component. This warranty is offered only to the original
consumer purchaser and does not include shipping costs to Innotek’s
facility. Service requests need to utilize the following procedure:
Call 1-800-826-5527 and speak with one of our Customer
Service Representatives for troubleshooting assistance. If necessary,
we'll issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA)
to ensure proper processing.
Simply ship the defective unit by insured U.S. Mail
or UPS to:

The assigned RMA number must be clearly marked on
the outside of the package. Be sure to include a copy of the original
purchase receipt, and a check or money order for $15 to cover the
cost of processing and handling.
Innotek® will gladly repair or replace any component that is
defective material or workmanship with a fully tested and working
product. This does not cover lost merchandise, dog chews, or normal
wear and tear. Please allow 10-14 days for delivery.
