Qualification for Warranty Performance: Return product
with proof of purchase and narrative description of the defect together
with your name, address, and number, freight prepaid, to: Petmate
/ Doskocil Manufacturing Company, Inc. Warranty Division, 4209 Barnett
Blvd., Arlington, Texas USA 76017. Your product will be repaired or
replaced at Doskocil's option and will be returned to you within 45
days after it's received by Doskocil.
