PetSafe has a one year Warranty on parts and one
year on labor. PetSafe guarantees
all parts of this product for life against manufacturing or parts
defects. Misuse or incorrect handling is not covered. If
your unit cannot be repaired, PetSafe may replace it with new or
reconditioned merchandise. PetSafe will not pay for loss of time,
inconvenience, loss of use of your product, or its failure to work,
or any incidental or consequential damages.

If
you have owned your product for less than 1 year, no labor
charges apply to Radio Systems Corp.
If
you have owned your unit OVER 1 YEAR,

Product Warranty
All parts are covered under warranty for the life of this product with proof of purchase. Labor is covered for the first year of ownership. Thereafter, there is a minimum service charge for the repair or replacement of the product. Misuse, loss, or improper handling is not covered. PetSafe will not pay for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of your product, or any incidental or consequential damages.

Product Warranty
All parts, excluding vinyl flaps, are covered under warranty, and labor is covered for the first year of ownership with proof of purchase. Thereafter, there is a minimum service charge for the repair or replacement of the product. Vinyl flaps are warranted for one (1) year with proof of purchase. Misuse, loss, improper handling, commercial use, and dirty or worn parts are not covered. Radio Systems will not pay for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of your product, or any incidental or consequential damages.

Warranty excludes bedding materials and cloth covers except for workmanship defects. Labor is covered for the first year of ownership.
