for Returning a Product
Items
displaying excessive wear are not eligible for a refund.
Wire that has been removed from the spool, cut or frayed
collars, used batteries and flags that are unwrapped,
or have been used, are examples of items displaying
excessive wear. If your order was over $100.00 and Petsafe
of Florida paid the shipped cost, that S+H cost will
be deducted from your credit. You must include a copy
of your invoice (e-mailed to
you when you placed your order) and your credit
card number with exp. date. We must have the same card
number that was used to make the purchase. Ship via
UPS so you have a record of the shipment.
To
receive credit, the items you return must have been
purchased directly from www.www.discount-pet-superstore.com and
be returned in the original packaging. Items purchased
within 30 days will have a 20% or $10.00 (which ever
is greater) restocking fee. Once your product is shipped,
if you refuse delivery or cancel your order you will
be charged the above restocking and the S+H fee's. Upon
receipt of the merchandise, and above information we
will issue a credit to your credit card less any shipping
and restocking fee's that apply. Item's purchased over
30 days ago are not eligible for return.
RFA-50 Wire Break Locator Kit's are not eligible for
return.
All
Patio Door Pet Doors require special return instructions.

These doors do not get returned to our Florida address.
OnLine SuperStore, LLP provides
shipping at no cost for all orders over $100.00 shipped
by UPS ground service to the continual USA only.
Any item shipped outside the continual USA, or by air
service will have the shipping charge added to the total
of your invoice at the time of shipping. If you refuse,
or do not accept a shipment, any cost required
to return the package to OnLine SuperStore, LLP will be at
the buyers expense.
OnLine SuperStore, LLP does
not take back wire break locators, or underground Fence
Brand products. These items must be sent back for
repair to the proper Manf.
