Urine-Off^TM uses the power of Mother Nature to eliminate the strongest odors, and the toughest stains.  Through advanced technologies, Bio-Pro Research was able to specifically identify the bacteria and enzymes that will combat the severe odors and stubborn stains associated with urine, vomit, blood and feces.  The specialized enzymes in Urine-Off^TM attack the odor at its source.  While Urine is composed of several different components such as urea and uric acid, salt crystal matrices within uric acid are the cause of the unpleasant odors associated with urine.  Standard cleaners such as bleach or disinfectants will not eliminate these salt crystals.  Because uric acid salt crystals are very insoluble, these cleaners will only cause crystal matrices to become dormant.  The uric acid salt crystals will remain dormant until any form of moisture comes in contact with them.  Whether it is water, humidity, or even more urine, once these crystals are wetted, they will begin to produce the strong ammonia-like odors associated with urine.  As odor control is all about source removal, eliminating the existence of these crystals will eliminate noxious urine odors.

There are several general “bio-enzymatic” cleaners on the market today all containing a blend of universal enzymes that have had limited effectiveness.  The enzymes within Urine-Off^TM are specifically designed to consume these uric salt crystals, while providing a pleasant fragrance for immediate odor relief.  Make no mistake, Urine-Off™ does not simply mask the odor, it eliminates it.

Due to stricter standards by states on maintaining a clean facility, Bio-Pro Research developed the Black Light Clean!™ Program.  Black Light Clean!™ is a new standard of sanitary cleaning.  With the use of a Bio-Pro Research Black Light, various bodily fluids that are not visible with the naked eye will fluoresce, indicating where these fluids have been deposited.  With better visibility, these surfaces can now be properly cleaned.  This method of cleaning ensures that the sanitary conditions required within a facility are met and even exceeded.  Odors can be detrimental to the image of any facility.  With Urine-Off^TM and Black Light Clean!™ procedures, odors from bodily fluids can be eliminated.
