Please note that the flap size measurement--the opening actually available to the pet-- is usually a little smaller than the complete flap dimension as there will usually be space at the top of the flap to attach it to the pet door frame. Also, if you have the correct brand, don't worry about the dimensions being slightly off. It's common for customers and us to measure slightly differently.
